Self-Control Tracking Forms

In places where production is made, it is important that the production is standardized and the work is followed. Many printed documents are used to show the operator how to do the job correctly and to control what they do, and it is difficult to check whether they are up to date. We have prepared this module to manage all of these quickly and without errors in a digital environment.

In a dynamic structure, the form that the operator must fill in when producing any product at the relevant station or when producing a specific product is defined. A very flexible structure is used here.

If the operator is going to answer a question from a list, the relevant list is added to the question definition, or if the operator plans to see a value at another station before answering the relevant question, it is added to the relevant question.

Many breakdowns such as product / component can be added for questions.

The instructions to be displayed to the operator can be customized and loaded on a station and product basis from another screen, and the duration they remain in front of the operator can also be adjusted during design.

After the relevant adjustments, both error-free and high-performance production is ensured through self-control forms that the operator will fill out during production without wasting time.

Retrospective access to information such as how much time a product spent on a line and by whom and in what time period is the product produced is provided.
