The documents sent from the customer are added to the relevant record, and the personnel related to the complaint are determined (Later, all additions and deletions to the relevant complaint are notified to the relevant personnel via e-mail).

Actions regarding customer complaints are opened and the actions taken by those responsible for the action are recorded.



Personal actions are monitored and reported.

Root cause and 8D analyses are performed and recorded.
         


Once the relevant complaint is closed, all processes are stored to be reported to the customer.

Customer complaint reports are prepared according to target definitions.
